I'm making a list and checking it twice

  1. There was a THING cartoon in the early eighties. It barely resembled Ben Grimm, from what I remember. What I remember the most though, is some kid yelling "THING RING! DO YOUR THING!" and a brick wall cutaway scene would explode and cover him and out would emerge THE THING.

Good to see you blogging again!

  2. I've got that one. It's the "Fred and Barney Meet the Thing" show from 1979.

  3. I hadn't realized that, didn't realize Fred and Barney were a part of that cluster-f.

  4. Outside of the very new stuff, I wonder how many of these Marvel actually owns the rights to.

  5. I don't think Marvel has the rights to any of it except, possibly, the new Lionsgate DVDs. Everything else is owned by Disney (via buying Saban, which bought Marvel Entertainment, which was DePatie-Freling) or Warner Bros. ("X-Men: Evolution" and the shows produced by Hanna-Barbara).
